1.2. Timeframe: You have 14 calendar days from the date you received the item to return it.

1.3. Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items

2. Return Process

5.1. Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 10% of the item’s price may apply for returns that are not due to our error.
